Very clever! Since you asked for critique...generally, you don't want to stretch typefaces too much. "High cholesterol" is pretty tough to read. It probably would have been better to use a more extended typeface, rather than stretching it. In fact, it might have been cool to use a few different typefaces (but not more than 3!!!), rather than the same one.

But that's just since you asked for critique

I honestly wish I had thought of this. A great idea, very well executed. Good luck in the contest!

Well, as someone who does it professionally, I can tell you that this is damn good! Most first timers try to cram as many photos and words as they can into a design, and that's just bad. Simplicity and clarity make all the difference. Great job, and good luck in the contest!
